Gisdol extends contract as Hoffenheim coach

Hoffenheim have extended coach Markus
Gisdol's contract for another two years to the end of June 2018, the
Bundesliga club said Thursday,
Gisdol, 45, took charge of Hoffenheim in April 2013 and successfully
kept the club in the top-flight Bundesliga via the play-off at the
end of the season.

The team, currently seventh in the table, meet leaders Bayern Munich
on Saturday.
